Does anyone have them, if so is it an unbearable bump or is it ok?

I also have another question is it possible to put together the RS*R spring with the Tein Basic?

What are the spring rates that come with the Tein Basic coilover? I know that the RS*R race springs are about 5/4 kg-mm for f/r...

tein type basics are 6/6.. according to tein they can be bumped +/- 1..

really so if i want i can have 6 in the front and 5 in the rear?
