RS*R ExMag exhuast review

I've been driving around with this exaust for about a week now and though I would give all you a review

Key features:- 2 peice design- powdercoated steel- 3 inch strait through with 3 inch tip- no resonator- Non-canister muffler

Let me say I love this exhaust, its classy, low key, and simply the quietest 3 inch exhaust system I have ever heard. My car has a full exhaust system (turbo manifold with 1 inch runners, turbo extention, 3 inch downpipe, high flow catalyser) which generally makes most turbo motors wickedly loud, and even though it lacks a resonator, this exhaust keeps things on the down-low. It has awesome tone and sound great when you romp on it.

my n1 duals were pretty rediculous. now i have a greddy sp and am very happy with the tone...

Well its always good to have something quiet so the cops dont stop you it would be worse if you also had a sr20, anything to keep the cops away.

Pennsylvania cops dont care about the motor, all they care about is inspection stickers, liscense and registration.

Nice review. I prefer the non-canister type too cuz it draws less attention.

another PA resident, anyway i have the GT-II system that RS*R makes and i must say that their quality is amazing. fits on the hangers perfectly and not rattles or anything to disapoint. the GT-II is a bit loud for N/A but hopefully ill get it to quiet down a bit when i install the turbo in a couple weeks.

also, j-spec: do you have any problems trying to pass inspection with your SR?

None at all, but I didnt have to do emissions because im under 5000 miles a year right now. Still pretty good concidering nothing on the front half of my car is "legal".

J-spec is that 5k miles thing for the entire state? also do you have to ahve proof that your under 5k miles to avoid emissions?

I dunno if its state wide, they didnt ask for any proof, I guess they just have it on file or something.
