rRadio/Windshield wiper problem

Yo, I do own a 300zx however a new nissan has come into the fam. A 95 240sx white, anyways there is one problem. Whenever you have the car on accessories the radio works, then sometimes when you go to turn the car on the Radio doesn't work. When this happens the Cruise and windshield wipers won't work properly either.

It's strange cause somtimes you can try to restart the car and they will go ahead and work, other times not.

Also running a tad rich, I know it's normal if cold, but what about warmed up?
