whats the defference between the pads and rotors posted on everythingg3.com and the one purchased from the dealer? the ones on the site have the same part numbers, are they genuine nissan?

Email them and ask, but should be. Infiniti of Scottsdale is everything35, or at least that's who ships all the stuff I order from them.
