RPM's gauge on 89 HB no work

i just installed my electric fans on my ka24e and i tryed to wire them up , so when i turn my car on they would turn on but, i keep blowen fuses. so i replaced them and tryed again but same thing once again i replaced all blown fuses, and now my rpm's on my gauge cluster dont work. any thing i can try get them to work again..

i spliced my fans in by my coil, there is a unused plug there .
