My check engine light went on, which isnt the first time. The last time it went on, I checked and the computer said it was a Camshaft Senson, now I dont think there is a camshaft sensor out there. But thats not my main concern, Now since my check engine is on, the RPMs drop to 500 almost every time i put the car in Neutral after driving and coming to a stop, I shift the car to neutral rpms drop to 500 stay there for about a second or two and come back to normal (700-750). The rpms also drop to 500 everytime i turn on the headlights, they go down to 500 and come back to normal, other factors, would be If i turn the steering wheel they would drop, well you get the point. Any ideas? Has anyone experienced this before?

I keep saying this is the problem, but it sounds like all the things you mentioned work off of vaccum, so I would check to see if there are any leaks or something, also test the pressure to see if its constant.

Just checked, there is no vacum leak, didnt hook it up to the computer yet, to see why the check engine is on. Hopefully tommorow, if our shop is not that bussy. Any other suggestions?

Well, just put the car under the computer, the Check Engine light is on because, the Nutral Position Code is on (means car shouldnt start) but it does, so i erased that, now the probably with idle control, I think is in the Speed Idle control unit, didnt have enough time to clean it out today, because of Isabela heading our way, Ill try and clean it over the weakend see if that works, if not, then I dont even know where to begin.
