I have Nissan Altima 2008 ...67,000 mileage ..all services are done properly.........problem is .......from last 4 days .......... Heavy start and when you drive on constant speed above 40 and try to accelerate more. RMP goes little backward than go ahead suddenly and if just remove feet from acceleration paddle .. during slowing down ...between speed of 40 to 30 ...RMP jerks backward and come back again.....idle is fine .......any suggestions.

Welcome to NICO!

All my previous experience points to the transmission. I would recommend visiting a dealer as Nissan retroactively extended the warranty on the CVT for all 4th Gen Altimas/1st gen Coupes. Have them do a diagnostic on it and verify that you may need a new transmission.
