Every now and then when i shift to neutral my rpms will drop really low and the car will almost stall out. Sometimes it will if i dont feather the gas. It sounds like a fuel filter to me but i was wondering if anyone could think of something else it might be.

Pull the hose off to the throttle body and clean it. Dirty throttle plates are the #1 problem I get on cars with idle problems. Simple and easy to do.
