rpm gauge dead and no start

Ok guys you read it I dont have a clue at this point. 90 240sx w/ ka24e I read the codes and got back a 21(primary ignition signal missing. So I replaced the dizzy and still no go. I looked over the underhood fuses and the horn fuse was blown. I replaced it,still nodda. I changed coils out,checked for spark,and NONE is present. I even rewired the fuel pump to stock.

Please guys any idea will be taken into consideration,light is running out and I'm sure being in front of the fhp station I'm going to get a ticket.

no I had to bust my neighbors window out cause one of those things. lol(he had the key in his hand come to find out)

In case anyone ever has a no start and rpm gauge dead situation,it may be your stupid a$$ power transistor.
