rpm and the mph gauge problems

you know how when u start your car the gauges goes all the way to the end and back when you start it mine doesn't do it anymore. Is there any way of fixing that besides going to the stealership?

On my '07 M35x there is a setting to turn that on/off. Access via the Nav screen settings. Don't remember exactly how to get there.

I also had a gas gauge problem with my 03 and I took it to the dealership and got it fixed for free. Is your car still under warranty? If so, it will be free to fix.

He's not talking about the gas gauge but the MPH(speedo) gauge.Cheers

i can't find the settings i dont kno if it matters to much it juss doesnt like jump when i turn it on anymore didnt even notice that it stopped
