Has anybody driven this? I was watching some random show and they were saying how its pretty scenic. I google earthed it and it looked decent. The reason I'm asking is my friend told me about deal's gap and I was all pumped about in the spring until i found out its 12 hours away so I'm looking for a closer really twisty road.

I did Deal's Gap when I lived in Augusta, GA and it is not a 12-hour drive from here. More like 8-10. Just FYI
