Ok just got done cleaning up the intake manifold and removing the egr, scv, butterflies, and such. I turn the key and it wants to die, I give it gas and it chokes out. There is slight smoke coming from the oil cap and smells like gas. What did I do wrong here, I need help.

Had some time this morning and messed with it again, now what it is doing is when I turn the key the car starts and then it just keeps reving to 4000 because I turn it off at that point not wanting to damage the motor but it will keep going if I let it. What is happeing? Its probably something simple, but please anybody tell me whats wrong or what to test or check for. Keep in mind I did completly dissemble the intake manifold and re-do all of the hoses with new ones.

That I know of I went through and double checked everything yesterday and hooked up the data scan to it and its reading a code 11 whick is the crank angle sensor. Now I have to figure out how go about testing this and fixing it.
