if you wanted that soft fluffy feel you should have purchased a lincoln towncar
Neither the coupe or the Sedan come supercharged from the factory. There was a prototype floating around but that is nothing official, and a tuned coupe was supercharged as well.dangeris wrote:

yeah like greyzone said. if you want to CUT the harshness of the ride in HALF, you need to unlink the right from the left suspention. to do that easilly you don't need to remove both the front and rear sway bar. the only thing you need to do it is remove the front and rear endlinks. leave the sway bars there. the sway effectively doubles the spring rate (at max if it was a solid metal big bar) since instead of having only one spring compressing you get the two to compress for a bump one feels. try it out. should not mess your ride at all. but when you track the car put then endlinks back to get the best possible handling.michaelthepsycho wrote:Well, recently I just got all my mods done and driving it around I felt that it was a pretty stiff ride... I can feel paint and tar on the road. That's right, I can feel it if it's kind of a thicker film of paint / tar on the surface... Not to mention all the little bumps and what not. I'm talking if I had a person in my car, she'd probably feel like my car sucks and I'd actually have to explain to her that my suspension has been done (I know... Saving face is such a b*tch)Here's my suspension set-up:18x8 wheels225/45 tiresEibach pro kitStrut tower braceFront end linksRear sway barRear end links
If you have a similar setup, please, do chime in.
Just to clarify.. you do mean remove the aftermarket endlinks and replace them with the stock endlinks right?mcheddadi wrote:

also try to lower the psi in your tires. if you are rolling with about 25 psi you'll have a much more compliant ride (At the expense of safety, tirewear, mpg, and cornering speed lol)
Do not remove the endlinks and leave the swaybar there. If you are going to go through all that trouble remove them all. Why would you want the endlinks and swaybar swinging around while you are driving?mcheddadi wrote:

The swaybars are also bolted up the the underbody with plastic (rubber?) bushings. So they won't be swinging around if unhooked.mrodrig2 wrote:
