Rough Idle With A/C On

This is the problem that I am having with my Spec. The car has a small idle problem when the A/C is off but when you turn the A/C on the problem gets much worse. I checked all of the coil packs and they seemed fine. Unplugged each of them to see if the problem stayed the same as the engine cycled through and each time I unplugged the pack it got much worse as expected. I checked for vacuum leaks with MAF cleaner after I went through and cleaned my MAF and I couldn't locate any. I am not sure if this is an alternator issue or something else. I am going to go see if I am throwing any codes tomorrow morning, but as of now I am not. Overall it seems like a Random Misfire to me but I am not 100% Sure. See the video below for an example of the problem, you can hear the car idle more rough towards the end. I might go shoot a video of it from the bay as well so you can hear it more clearly.

Engine Modifications are, Intake, Header, Exhaust, Cams, BSR.
