ROUGH IDLE

Car idles rough when in neutral after i pull up at a light. it revs up to about 1500rpm then drops down to about 500rpm. And now lately, Sometimes when i start it up it revs up and down a few times on its own before it settles. Idk what the issue is.

Sounds like an Idle Air Control Valve issue possibly. That's where I would start first at least.
