Rough idle

So I have a rough idle with no codes.
I bought a car that was running fine till I left it sit for a week then it started idling really low and rough. Car has a rebuilt head, new timing chain, new maf, new o2, new crank sensor new plugs cap, distributer, wires, and guess what i have an awesome misfire too.
Car is a ka24e first gen s13.

Id say check the spark plugs themselves

It will idle rough if you let it sit for a while,
I let mine sit for four days and it ran like crap till I drove it around.

drove it around for days still nothing and it has new plugs checked them and re checked them :/
