Rough Idle

I have a 2001 Altima w/63000 mi. just did tune-up (plugs,wires,cap,and button). before tune-up light came on ;code read misfire on one cylinder.cleaned TB. When idling it seems as if it wants to die buy picks backup a little. any suggestions THANKS in advance.

What did you clean the Throttle Body with? I would make sure that you hooked the cables to your MAF up securely. Also, pull the plugs and make sure they are gapped correctly.

Check what Cold_Zero mentioned. This could definately contribute to a rough idle. Also, when you cleaned your throttle body were you careful with the MAF? Does the vehicle drive ok? Again, just go over everything again, make sure everything is connected etc.

Thanks guys,I believe i found a leak around # 4 cyl. (intake manifold gasket)
