Rough idle?

Car: 1992 300zx 5spd NA

I have a 92 300zx NA. The car starts fine and idles great soon after it's started. If I push on the car a little after it warms up the idle falls down to the 500 rpm range. And the car shakes like as if I had solid motor mounts. It seems like if the car isn't fully warmed up or babied it will hold a 1000 rpm idle nice and smooth. Any ideas?

Adjust your AAC there an adjustment screw on the side

What is the AAC? Is it like a TPS sensor?
