rough idle problem

so my car has been running rough on idle for along time. there has been multiple guesses at what it could be: something is unbalanced, the compresion is low (it kind of is in the first cylinder but not by much), etc.

the weird thing about it to me is that it runs perfect with no rough idling when its first started up in the morning, but as it warms up it begins to idle rough. there has also been times where ive been at a stop light and it decides to just idle fine .

i need some ideas on what it could be. p.s: i still need to switch the intake and the fuel cylinder thing (the name escapes me at the moment)

Check for any intake leaks after the MAF and any vacuum leaks.
