rough idle! need help

hey everybody my max is idling really rough and when i get all on it sounds like it is missing. what could this be? Could it be my MAF sensor.i have a real CAI and a K&N filter. my mechanic said it could be the MAF because we have been having a lot of pollen and it could have got in there and ****ed with the MAF sensor. Could this be? What do yall think?

I would clean the MAF, IACV, and TPS.

ohhh...man I have a really long thread about this one...this was the worst problem that I ever had in trying to figure out what was causing it to miss...If it is missing for sure then you should check with the coil packs and ohm them out...then try the injectors and ohm them out also....if all that is fine then i would guess that the EGR Valve is stuck open...If that is not stuck open then you are going to have to just go on a hunt and try to find the problem....electrical problems are the worst....
