Rough idle, MAF question

So I am having extremely rough idle and stalling. Was throwing P0300 and P1320 but I replaced the coils and plugs. Also was P1445 but replaced the sensor.

Now I was messing with it and disconnect the MAF, car idled fine but just wouldn't rev past 2500 or so. Any ideas?

What's P1445? The 2001 QX4 FSM doesn't show P1445, it goes from 1444 to 1446.

EDIT: Also, the vehicle is operating in fail-safe mode and it cuts the fuel at 2,400 RPM's.
