I have been having a problem with my car ever since I installed my forced performance turbo, ECU, injectors, MAF, etc. The main problem is that the idle is rough and is running super rich, to the point where there are black spots all over my garage floor behind my exhaust. Anyone have any suggestions? I would assume that you will need more info but I am not sure what to include in the post, so please ask away. I have a 95 240 with an S13 redtop with the forced performance big28 turbo, 650cc injectors, Z32 MAF, and Enthalpy ECU. Thanks.

well at first i thought maybe a bad tune but most likely enthalpy wont give you that. how are your driving conditions...rough? any misfiring or hesitation? how do you have your maf wired? and also are you sure all of the o-rings for the fuel injectors are on and the fuel injectors were installed and wired correctly?

The car is misfiring at idle and I'm 99% sure the MAF is wired correctly because I have looked over it numerous times and have had 3 different shops look at it and say it's wired correctly. In regards to the injectors, there was no wiring modifications done to them they simply were plug and play. I will double check the o-rings on the injectors but they were new so I don't see what could be wrong with them. Thanks for your input and any more ideas would be great.

if your injectors are installed properly as in pushed down all the way and the correct color wires going to the correct plug and o-rings being on correctly then your problem lies in the maf wiring, maf itself or bad computer tune. what shops did you bring it to that they told you it was wired correctly? shops that have never seen and sr20det before? how did they know it was wired correctly..just tell us how you wired it...like i said the problem could be the maf itself as well..clean it with electronic cleaner and also dont over look the tune even though enthalpy is that good.

I honestly have no idea. I haven't changed the wiring of the MAF so I don't think that was a problem. I was in contact with Chris from Enthalpy throughout the past 4 months trying to figure out my car and he was very helpful and he had the idea to send him the chipped ECU and a stock ECU and he would swap over the board and chips that he installed for free!

No no, I did change the wiring when I installed the Z32 MAF but I have since fixed the car and I didn't redo any of the wiring... that make sense?
