Do you have enemies putting sugar in your gas tank? How long have you had these issues and how long has it been since before those two weeks? I mean, when did it run well last? If you add parts and those don't fix it, then you don't have a running car to know that your added parts work correctly. So, you could be making the issue worse as you have to diagnose all the new parts you've added as well as the underlying situation you're trying to address. I mean, if the car isn't running correctly, how do you know you have a working fuel pump or throttle body? I'd stop throwing money at parts and start getting serious about diagnoses.
You can get the FSM and start reviewing what it recommends for diagnoses. Here's a link:

I think you have "drive by wire" so you have an electronic sensor in the gas pedal. There is a "relearn" procedure that can be performed. Actually, you already did your throttle body, so you would have done that procedure already (right?). Your mechanic isn't going the old school route on your new school car is he?
The FSM EC chapter has some great stuff in there. Maybe look at the "Basic Service Procedure" pages and read into those a bit.
Let us know. Any details or further information can help us with diagnoses. We'll help you out as much as we can.
