That could be the cause of it or one of the following.

1. Non recirculated BOV 2. Vacuum leak (should be around -20 normal) 3. IACV not connected properly 4. AFR`s not correct (Idle you want highest AFR without stumbling) At Idle mine is around 16/1 AFR. 5. Timing could be retarded to much. You could also try adjusting IACV to slightly higher RPM to see if it will help you any.

Good Luck!

He means that your BOV is venting to the atmosphere, instead of having the compressed air that gets released by your bov sent back into the IC/Intake system.

It also looks like your oil line is using a Rosan fitting plumbed in to the side of the turbo. If this is correct, you need to rotate the center cartridge so the oil supply and return is verticle. Or the oil will not drain out of the turbo causing seal leakage.

i had my maf really close like that and my car would stall also. i just moved it about 14" away and now no more stalling with a non recirculated bov.

for the oil line.. it was put in the wrong spot from the person who was helping me.. lol KABOOM so that is an old pic.. i have a new turbo in now and its all correct. so i found out that the whole problem was that my BOV was so sensitive that at idel my vacuum was enough to pull the piston up so my car was getting a bunch of air out of that that my MAF was not reading.. put a new BOV on it and its golden now.. so i guess you can have your filter their cuz my car is runnin like a beauty.

thanks for the feedback though;)
