1993 240 SXran OK to work - started rough after work as if hitting on only partial cylinders - could drive with reduced power - changed plugs, rotor and cap - ran good for less than a mile, then same roughness - HELP

Compression check? My best friend had fine spark, but had blown his head gaskit. Check for coolant in your oil, water out of the exhaust, or a sudden depletion of water in your cooling system.

Hopefully it won't be something as serious as a headgasket. Here's something real quick and simple to test though, wiggle the injector plugs. If that does nothing, try unplugging an injector at a time and see if that changes anything. If it doesn't change anything you've got an injector that's not firing or has bad connections. I'd start with that one as it's probably the easiest one to do and will effect your entire power band.
