rough cold idle Z31

I have a 1985 300zx turbo

206,XXX miles but then engine is strong and turbo is spooling fine so the engine has been replaced but i dont know when.

I turn the car on and it will stall the 1st time, start it again, starts really fast and idels at like 2,000.

Then i try and go forward and the RPM;s drop immediatly when i let off the clutch to like 1,000 and the car shakes and the RPM's wont rise even tho my foot is on the gas. So then the RPM's will slowly rise and once they get to like 2,000 again its fine and will run.

Also once the car warms up it runs fine. The engine pulls strong and it runs fine when the car is warmed up.

I was wondering if fuel injectors could cause this, bc i dont know if they have been relaced due to the recall.

Any help would be apperciated.

does not really sound like an injector fault. check the coolant temp sensor and the maf. those are two common culprits on that car.
