You wouldn't be able to see a warped rotor unless they were warped extremely bad or if you had a real eye for it, and I mean GREAT vision. You can pull the rotrs off and take them to any firestone/midas/parts store etc... to have them turned at a much smaller cost than new rotors, and new rotors should also be turned before installation to achieve what Q45Tech would probably call the utmost in perfect braking achievment. I personally just slap em on alot of the time, but if you like to drive fast do it the right way. Even though the Q can do 160 it wasn't designed for sustained high-speed braking, at least to my knowledge and it's appearance, so I would go with nothing less than OEM rotors if you buy new, that or Brembo, Bendix, any top name brand brake company. You'd probably be just fine by turning the originals though.
