Nistech, how do you install rotors....on a 1996 I30? and what is the function of the air temp sensor?

brake rotors?? remove the torque member[ what the pads sit in] and the caliper and lift them of. They are not held on by any other means. if they wont come of they are probably held on by rust. use a plastic head hammer or a rubber dead blow and rotate it while hitting it from the rear till it pops off. Then slide the new one on.

which air temp sensor? the one on the intake or the one infornt of the radiator? or the one under the dash?

it is used for diagnostic purposes on your car and has no effect on drivabiltiy. why do you ask though?

make sure its plugged in properly should be in the intake tube going into the bottom of the air cleaner box
