Just make sure your not smacking the contact surface of the rotor (Where the pads and rotor shake hands), the last thing you wanna do is replace your rotors also because you have craters in them. I've yet to do brakes on the 240 (Unfortunatly Ima have to soon), but as LayNLow said, if there's a hole in the middle of the rotor (Not exactly middle, use your head), thread a bolt through (Most Hondas have this). If it has two holes use both and tighten the bolts equally.
But besides that and whacking it with a hammer while loading it up with WD-40, there's not much more you can do. In extremes I would say use an air hammer, but I doubt you have an air compressor. When you do get it off and are ready to put the rotor back, make sure to clean the contact surface of the rotor with a good degreaser (CRC Brakekleen (sp) works well).
