rotor replacement

I am replacing the rotors on a 1999 G20 for the first time, and can't get the old ones off. There are two threaded holes on the face of the rotor - Do I need to drill out those spots? I've changed rotors before, but they have come off easy.Please helpThanks

Thread 2 screws into those holes and turn them to separate the rotors from the hubs. Not sure about the thread size...8mmx1.? Maybe 10mmx1.?
