Bought my coupe with 44K on the clock last summer. The dealership had just put on new Nissan pads. They squeeled and produced pounds of dust.I put on Akebono ceramics this weekend.Rotors looked to be in good condition, so I didn't have them turned.Yesterday, I borrowed tools from my neighbor (BMW/Porsche Mech) and measured my front rotors. They measured .821 inMy neighbor said he would not bother with replacing them since they are not pulsating and they are really performing great.Checked with another friend who is a master car and truck mechanic (semi-retired & teaches at a community college) and he agrees.Any other opinions???I'm not a mechanic, but I do like to turn wrenches and learn from others!!

That's just barely under what mechanics are allowed to machine them to. So, as long as they're not giving you any problems, you'll be fine. The only downside to them being under that spec, is that they're going to be easier to warp.

You're fine. Just replace them when you have a problem.
