I recently did my rotors myself. Had never done it before and it is EASY. You dont need pneumatic tools, if you have limited use of your left hand, you might just need a friend to help you out.
Basically:
1) Remove wheel
2) Remove brake caliper (2 bolts, 14mm I think?). Rest it somewhere within range of the brake line. I actually used another jackstand to place it on.
3) Remove brake caliper bracket (2 bolts, also 14mm I think?)
4) Remove rotor (slides right off, might need to give a few good whacks with a mallet)
5) Install new rotor (slides right on)
6) Re-install caliper bracket
7) Compress caliper piston. You can either buy a tool to do this for about $8 or just use a C-clamp.
8) Re-install caliper, make sure not to twist the brake line.
9) Re-install wheel
Once you get your head in the wheel well and look at it you will wonder why you ever considered paying someone else to do it. Are you also replacing your pads?
