Why not do them yourself? We can help.

I'm not sure that I can do it. I don't have any pneumatic tools, and limited use of my left hand. What would I need to do in order to change them myself?

I recently did my rotors myself. Had never done it before and it is EASY. You dont need pneumatic tools, if you have limited use of your left hand, you might just need a friend to help you out.

Basically:
1) Remove wheel
2) Remove brake caliper (2 bolts, 14mm I think?). Rest it somewhere within range of the brake line. I actually used another jackstand to place it on.
3) Remove brake caliper bracket (2 bolts, also 14mm I think?)
4) Remove rotor (slides right off, might need to give a few good whacks with a mallet)
5) Install new rotor (slides right on)
6) Re-install caliper bracket
7) Compress caliper piston. You can either buy a tool to do this for about $8 or just use a C-clamp.
8) Re-install caliper, make sure not to twist the brake line.
9) Re-install wheel

Once you get your head in the wheel well and look at it you will wonder why you ever considered paying someone else to do it. Are you also replacing your pads?

I don't think that I need to. They have less than 50k on them. I'm replacing the rotors because they're warped.

So ther rotor is literally just sitting on the axle? What do you mean it just slides off?

IMO you should do the pads too. Breaking in new rotors with 50K miles pads probably won't work so well.

And yes, it literally just slides off. The brakes and wheel are what hold them on. Trust me just get your head down there and you will see how easy it is.

I see. I'm looking at doing it myself then. What should it cost, with rotors and pads? I'm probably going to use OEM rotors since this is the 2.5l model.

I was looking at the EBC OE rotors, I found them for abt $50 apiece. The pads are also $50 apiece it would seem.

Why don't you guys get together and give a brotha a hand doing his brakes?

OP, get some good semi-metallic pads from a reputable auto parts store and you'll be fine.
