Just found Rota Torques brand new in satin black going for $480 on craigslist (http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/ptd/2967352014.html). 18x7.5 with +40 offset. I'm thinking of putting them on my dark slate coupe. What do you guys think, would it look good?

I was also thinking about Rota Grids or Tenzo Type M's. But I'd have to save up for a bit longer.

Those look great! Only thing is you'll be paying for wheels with the same specs as stock wheels. I'd probably look into something thats 18x8.5 all around if I were you. Also I don't think that's a terrific price for rotas in that sizing but I might be wrong

Actually, I have a 2.5, so my stock wheels are 17x7. It'd be a step up :P But I agree, wider wheels would be nicer. Also, do you know what width would let me buy the cheapest tires?

And from what I've seen, rotas in 18s go for $700-800

If you can go bigger in size then do it from the start, I think 18s look too small on our cars =/

225/40/19s were more than $100 cheaper per tire, compared to 235/40/19.

I am running 225 width on 19x8 wheels. They should fit 7.5 wheels, but someone confirm.
