rota rb wheels

i've searched on zilvia and here but didnt really find the answer i was looking for! so i was planning to buy some rota rb rims 17x8.5 either +4 or +20! would i have to roll and pull fenders to make it fit? and also has anyone bought these rims before on a s13 and would anyone know how it looks like without any fender flares on? do they sit pretty flush?

Yeah, they'll be pretty flush. And yes, you will have to roll your fenders.
