Ya i can fill you in. What i was told buy the person i purchased mine from about 3 months ago said " Wow glad you got these now because as far as i know there are only 3 sets left NEW in the usa, and no more will be imported." And this was verified after i called the usa rota head. Things could of changed but no one sells them and i believe they were telling my the truth.

OP, are you aware that Rota now sells these Grids in bigger sizes? That's probably why they're discontinuing the 16x8's. No one wants them anymore. Now they come in 17x9+12, 17x9.5+12 & 18x9.5+15. All for four lug... I even saw a Miata with a set of the 17x9's on and it looked phenomenal!

Haven't been back to NICO in ages so i gotta catch up on things i guess. Im looking into putting some Rota Grids on my S13 size 16x8 and to me it fits in perfectly but i wonder if 17x9 will go even better with the S13?? Im sure this has been done before, i'll look up into it see what i can find. Thanks for the help guys!

I'm glad you came back to NICO asking questions, cuz you would have felt like a sucker after paying for those dinky wheels. The 17x9+12 are nearly an ideal size. Tire size selection/price for 16's suck azz. Buying tires for 17's is soooo much better.

And here's that dope Miata with the 17x9's... he's got like... 30mm spacers though...
