rota flights

Has any one here seen rota flight on a s13. I'm about to buy them and was wondering what offset to get them in. They are offered in 15 /6.5 with a +35 or +38 offset I know hte stock offset is +40 so i want something that will be closer to flush. I have stock suspension at the moment but may lower it later. Does any one know what would be closest to flush and have no fitment issues. Thanks, and dont flame me for not searching because i did i just need some one to explain it better.
