Roof Rails

I am trying to remove the roof rails on my 2002 Pathfinder SE. I have been able to get all the screws out but one. It is turning but does not ever loosen. Have any of you all run into this problem before? Or have any ideas?? I do no want to force it out and end of breaking something.

it sounds like theres a nut attached to the other side.. but I don't see a lot of nuts on screws. Try to get some pliers (not needle nose) and pull up on the screw and twist at the same time. Don't pull up hard, just enough to try and re-seat the threads. It may come out that way. If not, u may have to just pry it out (carefully) and put a slightly bigger screw in when u put the rails back on.

I don't have a pathfinder but i'm pretty sure I know what your talking about, but whatever you do just don't get frustrated and tear the muthaF***a out.
