Roof Rack

Has anyone installed a roof rack on their Versa? I am considering a Thule (I guess Yakima doesn't make one for the '09 yet) but I'm a little nervous about how it will fit and look. I want to be able to mount my bikes and skis.

if they make one for the 07 and 08 then it will fit the 09.... still the same car...

I have the THULE (aero...) roof rack for my Versa. Look's good.

From a personal experience, it's cheaper to buy it through Nissan than a Thule reseller...

I bought it from from my Canadian Nissan dealer and I save aound 100$

there has been several discussions regarding this topic that hopefully the search can find for you. However, I have the Thule system and works well for me. I do not agree with the poster that indicated they are cheaper at the Nissan dealer. I suggest you buy the Thule Fit Kit (foot pads designed for the Versa), then look on Ebay for the towers and the cross bars and any other pieces you many need. Fred

Thanks for the information! I will look into a Yakima... I never even thought about how it would be the same for the '07-'08. Duh!

Does anyone have a picture they can post of the rack on the Versa? I searched but couldn't find any. Thanks!

Versagirlie... you are awesome... thank you for posting your pictures! It looks really good. How's the wind noise? Do you notice it at all or does the fairing take care of all the wind?
