roof rack for s14

i ride bmx and in order to put my bike in my car i have to take off the front wheel and a pedal. im trying to stay away from rear mounted racks and the bike shop i work at sells thule and they dont make roof racks for my car. anyone else put a roof rack on their s14?

i kinda doubt tht thule doesnt makes a rack for your car. they make one for my s13. they have a fit my car guide on the website but if anything try yakima. i sell yakima and ive never had a car that wouldnt allow a roof rack. we even put a rack on a porsche 911. they have to make something for yours

yea i looked in the book in our shop and it said NO FIT in all caps like that so ill look into the yakima. thanks!

this is what yakima said:
"We cannot fit your vehicle with a top of car rack system but you can always have one custom installed. One of our certified custom installers can permanently install a rack for you on most any roof top."

so now i have to look into a perminate one...hmmmm

thts weird. i woudnt go permanent. when i put my rack on my s13 i was using audi clips and it fit fine. i did have to play around witht he weather seal to make the door shut smoothly. but the clip was just a flat piece with a little hook on it. i just took the rack off and no marks or scratches so the install was sucessful. i think you might have to wing it or if a shop aroundyou will let you try differetn clips
