ROM editor, not working?

Does anyone rom tune here?I've been trying to get the ROM editor to work, but its not getting installed for some damn reason.

TunerPro works, but even though its layed out pretty easily, i dont understand a cinch of what it means

if anyone has information on what to do with rom tuning, lmk!i already got the stuff.. two chip daughterboard (same burn twice), a willems chip burner and i just need to get some chips.

for chips i got AT29C256. I got them from http://www.moates.net. If you are having problems with rom editor it maybe because you have to have asian text support enabled. Go to hybridka.com and surf the forums. They have a section for rom editor questions.
