Hi. After I paid 275$ for NISSAN to do their 15000 miles maintanance and check up the car and oil change. Everytime I set the car into park it will roll back a foot or so. Not alot but it always kinda rolls a little back and then stops. Whats wrong with it? thanks

It sounds like the E-bake is not being set by you, or it's not engaging. A car will roll a little when just in park, till there's pressure against the engine. But if this is something new then the dealer probably didn't put something back together right. Take it back to them and have them fix the mistake (for free)

If you have an Automatic then it could be easily solved...its sitting on the "Park Pawl", this prevents your car from rolling away...lol. It moves back and hits the "Park Pawl". SO yeah....if its a MANUAL...then parking break must be tightened or you probably need to get it checked.

I think the dealer ****ed my E-break. Because before when I used to come to a red light I would pull the hand break up by 2 clicks and the car wont move, now if I pull it that much it still keeps rolling like its brely on breaks.

Have you ever driven with the e-brake on? It will f-up the tension in the cord of you do... that might be part of your problem. Most cars role back even if they are automatic. I have a 2001 sebring, and it does it all the time.
