Who on NICO actually still rollerblades? It's been dead forever, but I still roll! Do you? And what's your setup?

So old that this is the biggest pic I could find online... Razors Genesys 2 (circa 2002?)

And GC Hi-Lo Frames (free from a shima 6 owner )

Kinda Old

I'd be into it if I could find a pair of Razors like that again. I used to have Super Flats that were a joy to own. I beat the bejesus out of those things and they kept asking for more. There should be a website for discontinued models.

^ Sure they would. They're leftovers from what didn't sell before. Consignment.

I have some saloman ST-1's around somewhere. I wore them to walk my dog and I got joked hard by the skater kids at the park. Not much seems to have changed I guess fruitbooting is still the uncool extreme sport. I found it fun, I got some nice roller skates too.

I miss rollerblades. I looked for years to find a pair in my size and it didn't happen. I think there is an italian racing company that makes in my size, but they were like $300-$500 and I wouldn't even be able to wear through a set of wheels with the time I'd dedicate.

Why do the skaters have to hate? Is it because they have a greater chance or loosing their board and hate that the blade stick to your feet?

I still roll! I have an old pair of hard boot Bauers from 1993. Those mothers were built to last! I've replaced the wheels a few times, but they keep on rolling.CheersAlex
