Any decent custom one will cost you at least that much.

$600 is on the low side for a custom done bar. Most shops I talked with were talking closer to a grand to fab one up

tried calling up frsport? i'm sure those guys can give you a quick and concise answer.

You will need to find a shop to do the labor, I don't have any recommendations for that, but frsport might since you are relatively local to them.

any shop that does welding & custom modding will do it. the part you save buying that kit will be the design stage - i.e. from what I remember you would only need about 8 welds performed, maybe some minor cutting depending on how high you want the bar or where you mount the legs, and some cutting of the back seat brace or wherever you mount it.

Call Scott @ SPD Metal Works in Placentia, Ca.

By far one of the best fabby's in SoCal. Reasonable pricing and he builds Formula D cages and does race/drift chassis builds for a living. You can't go wrong. By the time you pay $600 +S/H for a cookie cutter pile of tubes then pay someone to work with someone elses idea of a roll cage, then weld it all up you could have a pro build you one to your liking that is made and bent specifically for your car.

you can try spd but i can almost guarantee you it will be more than 600. if you are planning on putting a cage in your car budget 1500 if you are going with a 4 point. Not everyone has hook ups like 110. My cage was 1400 and its a 6 point with door bars. I knew the fabricator so he gave me a little bit of a break.
