Rogue Leaking or AC Condensation?

Is something leaking on my Rogue or is this the AC unit dripping? Every time my car is turned off something is dripping creating a small puddle under my car.

Likely just the ac drain. You could double check by shutting the ac off for a short drive, long enough to make sure any residual water has drained out and see if it still leaves a puddle when you arrive at your destination.

Or you could just physically examine the puddle water is clear non oily, every other leaking substance from a vehicle has some degree of color and oiliness.

Hmm think its just water, looks clear and doesn't smell. I'm just not used to having a car leave any sort of puddle. I'm taking my car in for its first service next week, I'll have them check just in case though. Thanks

Perfectly normal. Every car with A/C will do this, as it's condensation from cooling warm humid air. It needs to go somewhere, hence down the drain tube to the ground. As another has mentioned, anything other than water would be a problem.
