Rogue interface cable to USB (like VW MDI cable)

Hi

i was wondering if there is any cable (like the VW MDI adapter) which can convert my nissan rogue s ipod interface to a usb port.

the interface cable works but a usb port is more versatile and can connect android devices as well. and i can use my apple cable to plug in my iphone 6 as well.

Welcome to NICO! No need to bump your topic. We are coming up on a major US holiday so people are busy with more important things.

Even though I'm not an Apple fanboi, I'll take a stab at this. You may need at least two different cable connectors to accomplish this. Have you checked iPod to USB connector cables on Amazon?
