So our problematic 2019 Rogue SV still stacks problem after problem, of never ending problems. As of recently, my dad took it to work and when he returned home, the inner tail light on the driver's side has been damaged which also damaged the trunk. Unlike my daily, it doesn't have a dash camera to capture the culprit. Would Nissan give me a replacement light for free considering its under 1 year old and has less than 10k miles on?

Why? They're not responsible for post-purchase damage. And how is that a problem with the car?

It's just our luck I believe that our Nissan's ONLY attracts some type of collision or vandalism every year. Since, I still have to get Nissan to check some issues that came from factory , I just thought that Nissan would cover it since this isn't worth getting the insurance involved, since we still have the warranty. And I do love using warranties when needed.
