Not surprising, Consumer Reports says in the latest issue that reader feedback indicates "better than average" reliability can be expected from the Nissan Rogue.

It's strange that they would use owner feedback to predict future reliability, as the Rogue has only been out for one year - you can't predict future long term reliability from short term owner reports.

Normally they use manufacturer reliability data from other similar models, such as the Altima and Sentra, to generally predict future reliability of newer models like the Rogue, but even then it is just general i.e. good, very good, etc..
