Looks like something has gone south in your A/C Auto Amp. The brains for the display are in the Amp and not the display itself. The Amp on a gen2 Rogue is at the base of the center console almost at the firewall, tacked to the bottom of the HVAC Housing. Very easy to get at and no configuration or programming needed, but you'll need to have the door motors recalibrated after replacing it. Don't skip that even if it seems to work correctly, the gen2 HVACs are infamous for stripping splines on the mix doors. The actuators on the gen2's are "dumb" stepper motors and not servos with smartwork like on other models, so a wrong "zero" position for a motor will greatly increase the likelihood of stripping the door. Then you're into a very expensive HVAC Unit and a minimum 8~10 hours labor, because the whole dash needs to come out.
