rogue bluetooth

Hello all............I have a 2012 Rogue without bluetooth. Would it be possible to swap out the radio with another stock radio which has bluetooth? (don't really want to go aftermarket) Would I need to change the steering wheel controls?

Are you assuming the microphone for picking up your voice is in place? The 3 slits mentioned below may be there, but the microphone might not.

If you look up where the map lights are, there are 3 slits located on the right and left side.. the microphone is located where the 3 slits are closer to the driver side.. If you take out the map lights and then pull that down, you'll see it.

Without the steering wheel controls you won't be able to activate the voice commands, so that would need replacing as well.
