Voice Recognition and Bluetooth dont work all the time.
Can I reset?
Do I need to replace Mic?
Can I update software?

Please help

300 miles left of warranty

Using Iphone 5S with latest Apple software.

Using Iphone 5S with latest Apple software.
You're still under warranty, why not let the dealer diagnose and fix it? You may have a defective head unit, so it would make sense to take your car in before you loose coverage.
